The Meerkat is a member of the mongoose family. It inhabits all parts of the Kalahari Desert in Botswana and South Africa. They have an average life span of 12–14 years and eat insects, lizards, snakes, scorpions, spiders, plants, eggs, small mammals, millipedes, centipedes and, more rarely, small birds.


By adopting/part adopting an Arctic Fox, you will be playing an active role in the support of wildlife and its conservation. You can adopt an Arctic Fox completely by paying £200 (choose eight shares), or buy up to eight adoption shares for just £25 each.
